I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2002. During that time,. the market has changed quite a bit. As your real estate professional, my primary job is to make your move as smooth as possible no matter the market. I have extensive experience is short sale negotiation, inspection appraisals, working with first time buyers and the latest marketing tools to get your home sold for the most money in the least amount of time.

When I am not selling homes, my husband, son and I travel Northern California to find mountain biking adventures. I am a proud sponsor of the Roseville Cyclery race team.

 

I am on the Placer Foothills Mountain Bike Club board of directors as the treasurer. We have a middle school program, a high school program made up of students from various highschools (composite), and adults. Our goal is to encourage and foster a love of mountain biking. 

 

I am also on the board for the Auburn Lake Trails swim team (Go Dolphins!) as the member at large. My  duties include managing team rosters, entries into meets, results data entry and ensuring ribbons and results are accurate.
